Terms and Conditions

• User Content: By submitting logos, artwork, or designs for custom apparel, you warrant that you own the intellectual property rights to that content or have explicit permission to use it.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A Creator's World against any third-party claims alleging copyright or trademark infringement regarding the designs you provide.
• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to decline any order containing designs that are deemed illegal, deeply offensive, or infringing on existing trademarks.

• Design Approval: For custom printing and embroidery orders, we may provide a digital proof for your approval. Once a proof is approved by you, A Creator's World is not responsible for any errors in layout, spelling, or design positioning.
• Variations: Due to the nature of custom apparel manufacturing (screen printing, DTF, and embroidery), minor variations in color, placement, and sizing may occur. These are standard industry variances and do not constitute defects.

• Currency and Fees: All product and service prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
• Payment Terms: Full payment or an agreed-upon deposit must be processed before we begin physical production on any custom apparel or blank printing services.

• Estimated Timelines: We strive for on-time delivery. However, turnaround times are estimates and start after final artwork approval and payment processing are complete.
• Shipping Delays: A Creator's World is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processing, or severe weather conditions.

• Custom Apparel Policy: Because custom-printed and embroidered items are tailor-made to your specific branding requirements, they cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or a severe mistake made on our part.
• Blank Items: Unprinted, blank apparel returns are subject to a restocking fee and must be returned in original, unaltered condition.
• Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once production or garment sourcing has officially begun.
